Best Vacuum Beard Trimmer Reviews

By | May 31, 2013

Beard trimmers have a big downside, and a problem that has plagued men since the inception of these awesome little devices, which is that they can make a pretty massive mess. There’s nothing more annoying than trying to clean up little hairs from the bathroom or other areas of the house, and it can be difficult to get rid of. In their quest to be the best, the manufacturers of Beard Trimmers have done their bit to try and minimize this issue, some are waterproof in order to allow you to shave in the shower to avoid mess, and some, the ones we are going to talk about in this post, are vacuum beard trimmers, sucking up the hairs before they fall and cause havoc.

Philips Norelco QT4070 Vacuum Beard, Stubble and Mustache Trimmer

As the name suggests, this Phillips Norelco vacuum beard trimmer does it all, which is great for the hairiest among us. The Norelco brand is one of the biggest and best in the world of beard trimmers and the best (in my opinion) of the Phillips range. It isn’t overly expensive, and offers many great features including a massive 18 length settings, including a tiny .05 setting for those of us who prefer shorter stubble styles and going all the way up to fuller beard styles. Its vacuum feature has been met with huge acclaim and almost every review mentions how well it works.

Other Norelco models also offer this vacuum technology, and this is slap bang in the middle of their range in terms of price, costs though go all the way up to three figures.

Panasonic ER430K

On to the more budget end of the market now and a super little beard trimmer that comes in at under 20 bucks. Panasonic make all kinds of electrical goods and their beard trimmers though not the elite end of the market, they offer exceptional value for money. This trimmer has hypo allergenic blades, a washable head for even more ease in the cleanup and a well working vacuum system.

Wahl Trim N Vac

Wahl are another name synonymous with Beard Trimmers and the Trim N Vac is their answer to the Norelcos. This is a good quality trimmer as you would expect but it isn’t the best, and reviews on Amazon will show you that most people don’t rate it as highly as its competitor. Nevertheless it does offer cordless operation, stainless steel blades and 11 different trimming settings.

Other Vacuum Beard Trimmers

Not every manufacturer has opted for this technology just yet, but I’m sure they will, a clever way of taking away the nuisance of the whole process that is sure to be embraced in a lot of other hair products in the coming years. You certainly won’t regret getting your hands on one of these trimmers.
